
Hi! I'm Amy, a female-centred health and fitness coach based in Essex, UK. I'm here to simplify the science behind health and fitness, teaching you how to sustain the healthy habits learnt through my coaching. There is no 'one-size fits all' when it comes to training, nutrition and mindset; I know each and every one of you will have your own goals and needs, so my programmes work with you, not against you - I want to help you gain confidence within yourself by finding the correct balance along your health journey.
MY APPROACH
TO HEALTH & FITNESS
It's not about going harder than anyone else in the gym, or putting in numerous dietary restrictions. I'm about educating, and using an effective, sustainable approach that implements positive health habits and looking at your overall mindset. My coaching is about learning to connect with your body, building confidence, loving yourself, understanding food and enjoying exercise. This combined, will help you to achieve your goals, but most importantly SUSTAIN them and have a healthy relationship with yourself.
